Named for the wagons that Don Sixto drove across the ancient pampa to supply towns in Chilean Patagonia. La Chata was originally made for a client whose favorite French import was simply not available anymore. We gladly took up the challenge and La Chata was born, with our own special touch. A middle leg is optional, it was the hallmark of the inspiration table, as were the twin posts on either end.
